The house accommodates 10 to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms. One bedroom features a loft with an additional bed. Three modern bathrooms with showers are available for guests.
Minimum Stay
We welcome guests for a minimum of one week. Check-in is at 16:00 on Saturday and check-out is at 10:00 the following Saturday. Shorter stays may be available during selected low-season periods.

Prices start from €4,100 per week in high season (June–October) and from €2,700 per week in low season (November to May). Check availability

What is the nearest airport?

You can choose between Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Turin Airport, all of which are approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the house by car.

Is the house accessible by public transport?

Not directly. There are regular train connections from Milan to Alessandria, which is approximately 40 minutes from the house by car. If you are not arriving by car, we recommend renting one at the airport or in Alessandria, as a car is essential for exploring Piedmont and the surrounding area.

Is the swimming pool private?

Yes. The pool is exclusively for the use of guests staying at Casa del Lupino Bianco.

Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome upon request. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your stay and any specific requirements.

Does the house have air conditioning?

No, the house does not have air conditioning. Fans and mosquito nets are provided in all bedrooms.

The property address appears different on Google Maps. Which address should I use?

For the most accurate directions, we recommend entering “Casa del Lupino Bianco” into Google Maps rather than the street address. This will navigate directly to the property using its coordinates.

What is the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms?

Upstairs, there is a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as three additional bedrooms that share a second bathroom. One of these bedrooms also features a loft with two additional mattresses, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests in total. The loft is accessed via a steep ladder and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone with limited mobility.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom and a third bathroom.

Can I purchase wine at Casa del Lupino Bianco?

Our house manager is a local winemaker who runs Foglino 7, and his wines are available for purchase in the property’s wine cellar. A price list is displayed in the cellar. Simply select the bottle(s) you’d like and leave the corresponding payment in the wooden honesty box provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 2 months before your arrival date, and any pre-payment already made will be refunded in full. From 2 months before arrival — once full payment has been received — cancellations are no longer possible and the full rental amount is non-refundable.

We're Kevin and Julia, a Swiss-Swedish couple, together with our Westie, Waldo. After falling in love with Piedmont, we created Casa del Lupino Bianco as a place for family, friends and travellers to gather and enjoy everything this beautiful region has to offer.
